This is an effective device to keep a sub quiet! Made of good quality soft leather, laced from rear with a leather thong with a bukkling locking leather collar. Once in it the sub must relax as the two small nose holes will allow only a limited breathing. The confinment is real in this hood : tightness, darkness, muffled sounds, the sub will feel a nice heat all around your head, protected and vulnerable at the same time. I can say this is a challenging but not extreme accessory, interesting for extended play. I do recommend extreme caution when playing with this hood as you will loose eyes contact with the sub and he will not be able to tell his safeword in case of problems as well. This thing is AWESOME! I have been using the standard Ball Weights sold by MEO for a couple years now. So needless to say I am an experienced user.
